Nearing my goal!

Just 8 pounds to go-- I am about to reach my goal weight of -100 pounds. It's been just over 8 months. I am so excited!
I'm now preparing to enter Phase 3 where I will stop the HCG and increase calorie count to what's correct for my goal weight (about 1700 calories a day) while I continue to nearly no carb for three more weeks. This will re-set my hypothalamus to keep me at my goal weight as long as I am reasonable about what I eat. More reflections later. Look for new photo to be on the cover...

I hit 60 pounds--and counting!

I'm a little late in posting, but five days ago, just four months into the HCG diet, I hit the 60-pound landmark! 

If you read my book, The Super Simple HCG Diet , you'll know that I never talk about "losing" weight. That's because such thinking speaks to the brain and makes you think you are 
losing" a part of yourself. 

Instead, I prefer to think of it as "shedding unwanted fat." It works for me. When all of this is said and done, I will be ten times the woman I was, but half the weight I once...
