Just 8 pounds to go-- I am about to reach my goal weight of -100 pounds. It's been just over 8 months. I am so excited!
I'm now preparing to enter Phase 3 where I will stop the HCG and increase calorie count to what's correct for my goal weight (about 1700 calories a day) while I continue to nearly no carb for three more weeks. This will re-set my hypothalamus to keep me at my goal weight as long as I am reasonable about what I eat. More reflections later.
